Foam Mattresses

Foam Mattresses There is a choice of 4 popular sizes in our foam cot and cot bed mattress range. These mattresses are made using CMHR28 weight foam. The foam is cut to size and wrapped in stockinette. A waterproof slider is then put over the stockinette, the stockinette around the cot or cot bed mattress allows the slider to be easily located. Then you choose a cover for your baby mattress either microfibre or Coolmax© with Maxispace If you choose the "Change and Go" design a removable protective base cover is fitted instead of the slider, covering the whole mattress. This base cover takes the zip-on zip-off" Change and Go" toppers. (you get two toppers one for the wash) you can then choose the fabric you have for your toppers on your cot or cot bed mattresses. Select from either microfibre or Coolmax© with Maxispace. Both the covers are luxurious and machine washable at 60°c, the microfibre is quilted and the Coolmax© is backed with Maxispace, the latter is a more expensive fabric, but it offers excellent temperature control, durability, maximum breathability. All our cot and cot bed mattresses are anti-allergenic and conform to British Standards BS 7177 and BS 1877. Having worked in the nursery industry for countless years the demand for good quality, safe mattresses seemed to be a continuing trend. My wife, who is a midwife in a Neonatal Intensive Care unit, is frequently asked by concerned parents for information on buying mattresses. It became apparent to me that there is a need for a one stop shop for good quality cot mattresses on the Irish market.
